  • Returns or refunds are considered only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products that cannot be replaced with the correct item.

  • Products must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds are not provided for general quality preferences where an alternative product or replacement can be arranged.

  • Requests based on change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue when submitting a return request.

Return Process

To request a return or refund, please contact the Vazal Wear customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos explaining the issue.

Please do not send any product back without prior approval from our team. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method, wherever applicable. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the final refund decision.

Please note that additional processing time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by an error on our part or involves a defective or incorrectly delivered product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise applicable.
